Speakers in the morning session will include: Mr. John Campbell QC, of AS&K, on The Uses of the Special Purpose Trust; Mr. Donald Malcolm, of CD&P, on Foreign Sales Corporations and Mr Jay Ralph, of Centre Re, on Innovation in the Insurance Industry.

The keynote speaker will be Mr. Dennis Kleinfeld, chairman of the education committee of The Offshore Institute, who will talk on Bermuda: The Global Perspective.

After lunch, speakers will include: Ms Audette Exel, of Milligan-Whyte & Smith, on Innovative Business Structures using Bermuda Vehicles; Mrs. Lynda Milligan-Whyte, of Milligan-Whyte & Smith, on Intellectual Property: Bermuda's Potential; and Mr. John Swain, of the Bank of Bermuda, on Competing in a Competitive Market.
