Telecommunicationshas joined Appleby Spurling Hunter's Telecommunications, Technology and Intellectual Property Team. He has over 13 years legal experience working in London at Ashursts and Norton Rose. He also worked in the New York and London offices of Freshfields.

Mr. Kripl recently completed an exclusive programme at Coldwell Banker University that allows its sales representatives to understand the emotional behaviour buyers and sellers exhibit in the real estate process. Mr. Kriplsays the course will help him better prepare customers for the multi-phased negotiations process

Mr. Kripl has been with Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Realty for six year and is an award-winning Sales Representative. He was International President's Premier and Top Selling Agent for Island Affiliates 2003.

Mr. Kripl is a Fulbright Scholar who holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Music from the University of Michigan and a language diploma from the Sorbonne, University of Paris, France.

He was the winner of the International Competition for Musical Performers ? Geneva, Switzerland in 1971 and has also travelled the world's major concert halls as the principal woodwind with the Philip Glass Ensemble from 1979 to 1991.
