A writ has been filed in the matter of the Partitions Act 1855 and 1914 and in the matter of certain property situated at 10, Rambling Lane in Pembroke parish, measuring approximately 0.057 of an acre (herein after referred to as “The Rambling Lane Property”) and in the matter of certain property situated at and known as 16, Northcliff Lane, in Devonshire parish measuring 0.101 of an acre thereabouts (hereinafter referred to as “The Northcliff Lane Property” and in the matter of the co-tenants of the above mentioned properties, namely Everett West, Grace Outerbridge, Eloise Van Tull, Inez Ming, Vera Robinson, Reginald West, George Sinclair West and Arnold Eugene West.
