Southampton MP Leah Scott has helped to raise $1,000 for pupils at Heron Bay Primary School.
Ms Scott worked with private donors to buy gift certificates from MarketPlace, Boyles, English Sports Shop and Gibbons as part of the Christmas charity drive.
This is the second donation the group has made this year — they also raised $1,800 to pay for school clothes and supplies for students at Heron Bay.
The group has also donated $200 to the One Bermuda Alliance’s scheme to provide toys for children.
