Mr. Dueane S. Dill , who joined the company in 1984, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Financial Controller. Mr. Dill manages a group of captive insurance companies and also has responsibility for all the company's financial reporting.

Ms Karen E. Ebbin has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Ms Ebbin joined the firm in 1992 and quickly became a part of the company's captive management unit, administering the affairs of a group of captive insurance companies.

Ms Elizabeth F. Smith , who joined the company in 1986, has been promoted to administrative officer. Ms Smith has assumed increasing responsibility with the administration of the firm, including the implementation of a networked computer system and various corporate duties.

Pronto Print Ltd. has appointed Mrs. Essie Hans , who was previously Vice President, as President and Ms Patricia Roberts and Mr. Timothy Pedro as Assistant Managers.

Mrs. Roberts will have special responsibility for pre-press, while Mr. Pedro heads production.
