Shouted abuse at Police officers

Troy Raymond Rawlins, 39, of Pembroke parish was in a car that was stopped by Police at 3.20 a.m. on February 4 on Kindley Field Road. Rawlins was the passenger who was sleeping when the vehicle was stopped,
threatening words and behaviour.
Troy Raymond Rawlins, 39, of Pembroke parish was in a car that was stopped by Police at 3.20 a.m. on February 4 on Kindley Field Road. Rawlins was the passenger who was sleeping when the vehicle was stopped, but woke up, got out, approached the officers and started shouting abuse at them. Rawlins admitted in court that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time. He said the Police were holding up a long line of traffic. Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner fined him $400.
