The Bermuda Sun is making a mountain out of Dellwood Middle School's mouse problem, the school's principal said yesterday.

The Sun has published two front page stories on the "infestation", but principal, Janette Musson, said the newspaper had "blown it completely out of proportion".

Mrs. Musson said yesterday that teachers had put down mouse-traps to catch the critter or critters that had left some mouse droppings on a teacher's desk, but said she would not describe the mouse situation as a health risk to any of the children at the school.

Mrs. Musson said the Department of Health would be putting down bait during a school break in March in case they had not managed to catch the culprits by then.
