take place during the annual Christmas part for St. George businesses hosted by the Mayor at Town Hall 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Invitation only).
Friday, December 3, 1999: Annual National Trust Christmas Walkabout 6:30 p.m.
to 8:30 p.m. A packed evening of seasonal entertainment has been planned for both King's Square and St. Peter's Church.
Highlights include the Bermuda Chamber Choir, the St. George's Preparatory School Singers and the East End Primary School Choir and others. For details contact Mrs. Louise Bradley at the Bermuda National Trust 236-6483.
Saturday, December 4, 1999: Santa Claus comes to town! On King's Square at 7:30 p.m. Vendors will provide party novelties, popcorn, hot dogs, soda and cotton candy. The Giving Tree will be selling hot chocolate and cookies. The St. George's Dancerettes will lead Santa and the Gombeys will close out the evening.
Late Night Shopping: Friday, December 10, 1999 until 9 p.m.
"The Giving Tree's'' Kennita Perry is organising babysitting for the children at St. Peter's Hall 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to enable parents to shop child free and enjoy stress free shopping. Call for details: 297-4483.

Friday, December 31, 1999: New Year's Eve East End Extravaganza will be happening lots of festive music and performers. See out the old Millennium with The Premier dropping the onion followed by a huge fireworks display at midnight.
