, a graduate of Bermuda Institute in 1994 recently graduated with a PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Loma Linda University. His wife also graduated from Loma Linda with a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Mr. Holder entered the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) ? in which students earn both an MD and a PhD degree ? in the fall of 1998.

The MSTP programme allows him to have the foundation and skill set to treat patients as a physician, engage in research, and teach students.

His dissertation, ?Identification and Characterisation of a Selective Inhibitor of the PIM-1 Kinase? identified an inhibitor for a protein that is involved in the development of some types of human cancers.

Kelly entered the Psychology Doctoral programme at Loma Linda in 1999. She completed a Master?s Degree in Experimental Psychology and graduated with a PhD in Clinical Psychology.Her dissertation, ?Validation of a Serotonin Depletion Checklist in a Parkinson?s Disease Population?, verified that a Serotonin Depletion Checklist does indeed measure symptoms of serotonin depletion.

Sheldon will soon return to medical school to complete the last two years of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) programme.

Kelly has accepted a position as a postdoctoral fellow at Harbor UCLA where she will receive specialised training in health psychology, specifically within the HIV positive patient population.

The Holders are graduates of Oakwood College in Huntsville, Alabama.

, daughter of Dr. Paul and Katherina Harlow, graduated on 30th June 2005 from Kings College, Cambridge University, having successfully completed her BA in English.

Venetia will enrol in the Courtauld Institute of Art in London this Autumn for a masters degree, where she will study Aestheticism in the late 19th century.

At Cambridge, Venetia pursued her interests in Italian Literature and synaesthesia (the links between literature and visual culture). These interests were combined into her thesis which examined the work of 17th century devotional poet Richard Crashaw in relation to his cultural milieu.

completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in finance in December of 2004. She obtained her Bachelors of science in economics May 2003 and her MBA in Finance December 2005 from Sliberman College of Business, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey.

During her study, Juliette worked at the university as assistant to the Director of the executive MBA programme and travelled with the Executive MBA to China. Her last semester in 2004, she worked in the Insurance industry in New York City until her graduation, at which time she was transferred to Bermuda. she is currently employed with Marsh Global Markets.

of Paget earned her B.S. degree in psychology from Wofford College and participated in the college?s commencement activities May 21 and 22.
