Two judgments, estimated at $6,000 and $8,000, were handed down in Magistrates' Court. The writs had been filed in 1994 and 1995.
It is believed the amounts plus an additional $2,000 are owed for eight months unpaid rent.
The goods to be auctioned include; kitchen and bar equipment, tables, chairs, a soda dispenser and other miscellaneous items. Auctioneer will be the firm of Leonard O. Gibbons Real Estate Ltd.
