As a Bermuda Registered Charity, the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies (BFIS) is solely funded through pledges and donations. These come mainly from insurance companies, but also include those who do business with and for the insurance sector, while a number of individuals closely involved with the industry have also made significant personal donations.
