The latest block of a condo development plan that went sour has laid unfinished for years, as weeds took root. The prime real estate, (pictured), over-looking Bay Island, enjoys views of the North Shore and Bermuda's major shipping lane.

The joint liquidators are Mr. Charles W. Kempe and Mr. R.G. Tucker of Kempe and Whittle. The liquidators are prepared to arrange the particulars and appointments to view for interested parties.

Tenders are expected to be submitted in writing by the end of the month and a ten percent deposit will be required immediately upon acceptance of any offer, with the balance due on completion, not more than 20 days after acceptance.
