Argus shares down 8.8%

Shares of Argus Group Holdings Limited fell by 28 cents, or 8.8 per cent, to $2.92 after 10,200 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down 27 cents, or 1.03 per cent, at $26.03.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 5.6 points, or 0.28 per cent, at 1,969.82, while the BSX Insurance Index rose 1.63 points, or 0.12 per cent, to 1,390.03.
Separately, Somers Limited purchased 4,800 of its own common shares at an average cost of $13.56 per share during September. These shares have been cancelled.
