The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange index closed down 18 points this week after a quiet week of trading.

Bank of Butterfield lost 25 cents to close at $44.50 and KeyTech lost 50 cents to finish at $14.50. But Bermuda Container Line gained 5 cents to close at $11.50.

The index closed down 0.57 percent at 3,260.02 on a volume of 3,080 shares worth $122,430.
