Bermuda-based re/insurer Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd today announced that David Kelso will not stand for re-election to the board of directors when his current term expires at the next annual general meeting on April 28, 2011.Mr Kelso has been a director of the company since May 26, 2005, and a member of the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Risk Committee.Aspen chairman Glyn Jones said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank David for his contributions to the Company over the last 5 years. During his tenure, both the board and executive management have benefited greatly from David’s robust and constructive challenge and contribution to board debate.”
