Three Bermuda restaurants have been featured in the March edition of the ?upscale? monthly food magazine .

Aqua Restaurant at Ariel Sands, Seahorse Grill at Elbow Beach and La Coquille are included in the latest ?The Restaurant Reporter? section of the magazine.

has a circulation of 1.3 million and highlights American cuisine but also focuses on foreign cuisine in travel features.

Tourism Minister Renee Webb said: ?We at home have always known that our culinary fare is enticing, tantalising and appealing, but with a feature such as this highlighting not just one, but three of our restaurant establishments, it really gives us something to be proud of.?

The food writer described Aqua chef Alun Sperring?s food as ?eclectic and modern cooking? while Scott Connor?s offerings at Seahorse Grill are billed as ?Asian and South American inspired dishes?. The article said Serge Botelli?s food at La Coquille uses ?local products to showcase his own fresh take on Provencal cuisine?.

Ms Webb added: ?I must admit, I am looking forward to reading the reviews and I would encourage all residents to pick up a copy of the magazine when it is released next month.?
