Kitson and Company Ltd has exited the business of providing real-estate services to third parties as of today, the company announced.Kitson has referred their existing portfolio of business to Think Real Estate, a new agency started by Jane Burt who previously managed Kitson’s residential real-estate operations.The new business will continue to operate from the same offices on the ground floor of Windsor Place on Queen Street in Hamilton. Kirk Kitson, chairman of the Kitson Group of Companies, said: “Jane has been with our group for over ten years and has a proven record of professional management and service delivery. “We are happy to be able to provide Jane with a unique opportunity to start her own business and wish her every success in her new venture.”Ms Burt thanked the Kitson Group for the opportunity and said: “Think Real Estate will continue with the trust and high standards recognised under the Kitson banner in property sales and rentals. She added that the firm would offer an expanded range of property management services, including residential and commercial cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance.
