A 38-year-old man has denied a sex assault on a woman.

The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to the charge in Magistrates’ Court.

The offence is alleged to have happened on June 14 last year in Pembroke.

Magistrate Tyrone Chin adjourned the case until November 23 and released him on $3,000 bail.

He ordered the man, from Sandys, to have no contact with the alleged victim, who also cannot be identified for legal reasons, or any possible witnesses.
