Expertise Limited has announced the hire of two Bermudian employment professionals. Vittoria Canale has joined the company, which Bermuda’s largest management consulting and outsourcing firm, as a recruitment consultant and Lucy Botelho as payroll account manager.Ms Botelho, who previously provided payroll services at HSBC/Bank of Bermuda for more than 20 years, will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client organisations that outsource their payroll to Expertise.The number of companies outsourcing payroll to Expertise has grown from 45 to approximately 60 over the past two years.“Demand for our payroll service is growing so we are very happy to have Lucy Botelho join us,” said Malika Taylor, practice leader of Business Process Outsourcing Services. “Lucy’s experience in Bermuda payroll is unmatched and she has a long track record of excellence in client service”.Ms Canale will be responsible for providing client organisations with a wide range of recruitment search and selection services. Ms Canale joins Expertise from Details where she was recruitment manager.
