Police are investigating after reports that a car ran down a motorcycle on Palmetto Road last night.

The incident left the car facing east in a westbound lane and nearly completely on top of the motorcycle, wedged against the sidewalk. It was not believed to be a road accident, a Police spokesman said last night.

The Royal Gazette understands that the incident involved a domestic dispute. Inquiries are under way, while the extent of any injuries is unknown.
