A 21st birthday bash landed a Devonshire man in court for being drunk and incapable in Magistrates? Court last Monday.
Amory S. Boyce, 21, of Mary Victoria Road, Devonshire pleaded guilty of being drunk and incapable on Front Street ? on March 4.
Crown counsel Paula Tyndale said Police found Boyce outside a shop mumbling incoherently and unable to stand by himself.
When Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner gave Boyce a conditional discharge for 12 months, he advised him to leave liquor alone.
?I hope this will be a lesson to you,? Mr. Warner said.
