The 25-year old Devonshire man rushed to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston on Sunday morning, was last night listed in critical condition.

Police are still appealing for witnesses to that accident to contact P.c. Shannon Lawrence on 295-0011or the confidential Crimestoppers hotline at 1-800-623-8477.

The late night accident took place a little after midnight on Saturday on Cox's Hill, Pembroke and was one of 41 reported over the weekend.

Police said that ten of those 41 accidents resulted in injury. Officers were also kept busy over the weekend with 16 reported bike thefts, 12 domestic complaints, five break-ins, three disturbances and two impaired drivers.
