The 21-year-old rider of a bike involved in a serious road traffic accident during the early hours of Monday morning remains in stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit of King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
The Smith's Parish man and his pillion passenger, a 21-year-old Warwick man, apparently hit a wall near Darrell's Wharf in Warwick around 4.45 a.m. when they were travelling in a westerly direction on Harbour Road.
The passenger is listed in satisfactory condition on a general ward.
Police are still appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the accident or who may have seen a burgundy and orange Suzuki RC 100 travelling west on Harbour Road. They are asked to contact P.c. Shannon Lawrence at 295-0011.
