Ireland Rangers withstood a fightback from Prospect in the First Division Shield on Tuesday night.

Rangers went 3-0 up thanks to goals from Lemuel Weeks (three), Sean Brangman (12) and Lloyd Telford (26).

However, two penalties, both for handball, in the 44th and 48th minutes and converted by Jerome Laws, brought Prospect within one goal of salvaging something from the tie.
