A busy scene plays out on Cemetery Road by the junction with St. John's Road and Woodlands Road after a high speed car chase, which began in Smith's Parish, ended with a head on collision between a police truck and a silver Rover 400. A man sits handcuffed on the sidewalk under an umbrella set up by police for shade while numerous officers, including Commissioner George Jackson (right of frame) buzzed around the scene.
