In the cases of 24-year-old Omar Devall Amory, who is charged with conspiring to rob the van of some $68,000, and 20-year-old Harron Lee Powell Evans, who is charged with conspiracy, using a firearm to commit an indictable offence and possession of an air pistol, Mr. Francis demanded that a like surety be provided in addition to their bail.

Kirk Mundy, a 20-year-old Jamaican national who is charged with conspiring to rob the van and possessing an imitation firearm, was required to produce two like sureties.

All three men were also obligated to appear at an undisclosed Police station between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
