Club approval in principal for a $2 million makeover of its clubhouse, locker rooms, and facilities.
The DAB approved the project on condition that provision be made for handling surface and storm water run-off onto adjoining properties and roadways and that the site be landscaped within three months of project completion.
Principal contractor for the project is D&J Construction, architect Doug Morrison of Conyers and Associates yesterday told The Royal Gazette .
Plans, he said, call for the construction of a new dining terrace, dining room extension, locker room extensions and enlargement of various service facilities.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the spring of next year.
