He will serve as counsel in the San Francisco-based firm, which has 270 attorneys worldwide.

He will focus on insurance and reinsurance issues concerning the financial services sector, as well as employment-related disputes and commercial litigation.

Mr. Chudleigh received a BA degree with honours from the University of Kent in 1989 and graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law in 1990.

He was called to the English bar in 1990 and to the Bermuda bar in 1992.

Prior to joining Sedgwick, he was a partner with Squire & Co. in London.
