It is understood she has moved to the marketing and communications department of the Bank of Butterfield and an announcement on her position is forthcoming.

*** HAZLEWOOD JOINS PROSERVE APP Hazlewood joins ProServe Richard Hazlewood has been appointed operations manager of ProServe Bermuda Ltd. , the joint venture set up by the Bank of Bermuda and the Bank of Butterfield to perform the banks' non-strategic document processing and imaging functions. Mr. Hazlewood will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the independent outsource facility, including cheque processing, printing and processing of mail and any other special projects. He holds a degree in electrical mechanical manufacturing engineering and comes to ProServe from AF Smith where he was their Pitney Bowes product specialist. "I am pleased to have joined ProServe,'' he said, "There is a definite opportunity for growth in this market as Bermuda's first mailhouse.'' Horst Finkbeiner II , general manager of ProServe added, "Richard comes to our company with a wealth of knowledge, specifically his background with Pitney Bowes equipment and processes.'' *** NEW POST FOR ZIELINSKI APP New post for Zielinski Twenty-five-year claims management veteran Stephen J. Zielinski has joined the Legion Companies , an insurance subsidiary of Bermuda's Mutual Risk Management . He takes up the new post of senior vice president -- claims management and will manage the company's claims operations in Milwaukee and Philadelphia, aiming to streamline the process and enhance client service. He will also be in charge of assisting claims operations of all MRM companies. He has worked or Orion and Liberty Mutual's Helmsman Management Services Group.

*** ADMITED TO THE CAS BUC Admitted to the CAS Two newly-qualified actuarial professionals in Bermuda have been admitted to the Casualty Actuarial Society of America.

XL Mid Ocean Reinsurance Ltd. assistant vice president Jeff Clements and XL Capital Products Ltd vice president Mario Binetti were made associates of the society -- the CAS -- earlier this year.

They were fully admitted after passing a series of CAS examinations in subjects which include mathematics, economics, statistics and finance.

*** FIRM SWITCHES LOCATION BUC Firm switches location The Property Group , the exclusive local affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty, has moved offices. The realty firm has left its City premises on Pitts Bay Road and is now located at Nautilus House on 82 South Shore Road in Warwick. The company also has new telephone number -- 234-6900 and fax 234-6992.
