Bank of Bermuda has launched banking by appointment at the community banking level. The time-saving service provides customers with the option to schedule a one-hour appointment with a personal banker to open, amend, or close an account, or enquire about existing accounts or other services and products.

Charline Asphall, Head of Retail Delivery for Bank of Bermuda said: "The Banking by Appointment service is just another way we demonstrate our commitment to making banking more convenient for our customers. We acknowledge that our customers have many things to do during their day, especially during the lunch hour period and by offering this new service, customers are now able to plan ahead and use their valuable personal time more effectively."

The Bank has also revamped the public areas in its branches to include a specialised services area specifically for customers wishing to wire payments, or place standing orders.
