Planning Shorts
The Devon Springs Condominiums in Devonshire will be getting an additional eight dwelling units.
But the Development Applications Board is reserving final approval for design, external appearance and landscaping details.
The board has also decreed a parcel of land north of the proposed development as agricultural to protect it from any further building.
The developers have also proposed a boundary adjustment and the amalgamation of two lots which the DAB has approved. Developers are required to place all utility services, including television relay cables, underground prior to any further development.
The condos are located at 47 Devon Springs Road.
Car park changes approved
The Development Applications Board has approved plans by the Parks Department to make adjustments to the car park and retaining wall at Warwick Long Bay.
There will be additional space for ten cars and 26 cycles and reinforcement of a boulder revetment, new drainage gully and new three-foot retaining wall.
The car park will also get a new layer of asphalt.
