the change over is causing problems with callers getting through.

Administration Manager of TCD Mr. Valdon Caesar said this week that the public may be having difficulty reaching anyone at TCD while the new system is being installed.

He suggested that they continue trying to call on 292-1271 until it is answered.

Mr. Caesar added that he apologises for the inconvenience this may be causing customers and would like their patience while the changeover is taking place.

"The new system will give TCD more lines with an improved telephone service in general,'' Mr. Caesar said.
