Hornets crush poor Parish

A Raymond Beach double guided a rampant Dandy Town to victory as they thrashed Hamilton Parish 4-0 to begin defence of the Dudley Eve crown at Devonshire Rec.
Beach struck in the 36th and 59th minute to take his tally to three goals in two games as Town continued their early unbeaten stretch in all competitions.
Parish gifted the champions their first goal after Nahki Wells put a ball in the box for defender Ryan Evans to into his own net after being pressured from Beach
Beach then got his name on the score sheet for the first time after Wells broke away down the right, slid the ball to the striker who calmly slotted his chance to Parish keeper Nigel Burgess' left to make it 2-0 at the break.
In the 59th minute Beach got his second after nifty work down the flank from Lashun Dill who slid a ball across the box for a tap in from close range.
Wells was then brought down in the box in the dying stages and proceeded to sink the subsequent spot kick to ensure Dandy Town got top of the Group A.

A late equaliser by Lloyd Holder gave PHC a share of the spoils against Boulevard at Devonshire Rec.
PHC fell behind after 75 minutes when Blazers' defender Ajani Gibbons converted a well-taken penalty to give his team the ascendancy.
But Zebras showed plenty of fighting spirit and had their just rewards five minutes from time when Holder hit home from close range.
Blazers had to play with ten men when Gibbons was stretchered off and taken to hospital in an ambulance following a robust challenge by PHC midfielder Stevie Astwood. late on.
Zebras survived a penalty appeal in the first half when Takehi Walker appeared to be hauled down in the box, while Quadir Maynard forced a good save from Zebras 'keeper Raymond Glasford in the second period.
