The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 7.48 points or 0.23 percent yesterday, closing at 3,269.57.

Dragging the index lower, Bermuda Commercial Bank shares fell $1 or 11.1 percent to close at $8 on meagre volume of 100 shares.

The Bank of Butterfield was the only other issue to be traded, with 1,000 shares changing hands, although the stock held at its 52-week high of $42.
