Ryan (Tiger) Ball, Jamal Cuike Robinson and Keneil Alfred Ingham, all from Warwick and who have denied murdering Pitcher, were remanded in custody to appear back before Supreme Court on October 2.

Mr. Pitcher died on February 27 following an incident outside Champions Club on Reid Street.

In Supreme Court yesterday was also Ellsworth Eugene Wilson, of Amaral Lane, Pembroke, charged with unlawful wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. He was remanded in custody to re-appear before the court on September 18.

And Clifton Morrison was in court yesterday preparing for his fourth trial for importing cocaine.

Last July, Morrison, a Jamaican, was found guilty of importing $30,000 of liquid cocaine and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. But the conviction was quashed when the Court of Appeal ruled that Puisne Judge Norma Wade-Miller misdirected the jury.

A March re-trial was abandoned when a juror was excused and an attempt later that month to start a fresh trial failed when not enough jurors could be found.

Morrison's third trial in July ended in deadlocked jury. He is now due to re-appear before the Supreme Court on October 2.
