LADIES NIGHT -- Women writers swept the board in this year's Royal Gazette Christmas Short Story Contest and last night they collected their prizes. From left: Adults runner-up Mrs. Betty Azzario who collected $200; Mrs. Catherine West, who received $200; Under-18 third place winner Robyn Skinner who received $100; Under-18 runner-up Michelle Outerbridge, who collected $200; and Adults third place winner Dr. Corliss Furbert, who received $100. Under-18 winner Kathleen Ardis, who won for the second straight year, was unable to attend. The winners and many more entries will be published in The Royal Gazette on Friday.
