Police are appealing for help in tracing a teenager missing since the weekend.

Jade Medeiros (pictured), 16, of Portuguese decent, is described as 5ft 4in, white with long blond hair and of a slim build.

She was last seen by her parents at their home on Sunday

Anyone with information on Jade?s whereabouts is asked to call the Juvenile and Domestic Unit at 295-0011.

*Police have confirmed that missing teenagers April Simmons and Trimea Roland were found on Tuesday. The pair disappeared from Brangman House on March 12.
