Special awards included The McKittrick Shield for Musicianship which was awarded to Mark Henderson; The Hinson Cooper Bowl for the Best Artwork for the Academic Year went to Christina Cabral and Gina Minugh; Jonathan Starling received the David A.T. Cooper Memorial Trophy for Endeavour, and the prize for the best GCSE results went to Roderick Ferguson for his 10 grades of A, five with distinction.

Subject prizes were earned by Sean Adams for Spanish, Ben Beasley for band, Ricardo Cardoso for design technology, Auralee Cassidy for junior art, Andrew Cossar for mathematics, Emma Dakin for Spanish, Ben Davies for music, Christopher Dawson for senior art, and Roderick Ferguson for chemistry, computer studies, and geography.

Other subject prizes were awarded to Christopher Hardy for senior art, Mark Henderson for history, Fiona Herring for French, biology, chemistry, computer studies, English language, and business studies, Carolyn Hill for English literature and business studies, and Trevor Leitch for French, biology, history, accounts, English literature, geography, and mathematics.

Subject awards were also presented to Bonnie Liebowitch for biology, Nicholas McGarey for history, Matthew Mello for Spanish and accounts, Kimberley Oatley for French and senior art, Noel Pearman for economics, Roger Richardson for music, Ewan Sampson for physics, Leigh-Anne Shaw for physical education, Robert Spurling for biology and physics, Stephen Troake for physical education, Lemar Trott for economics, and Kevin Walsh for design technology.
