Valley Middle School, Middle Road, Warwick. Another nine million dollars worth of work is expected to be completed by 2002.

Work on a new administration wing and extensive renovations throughout the facility have been underway since March. The new wing includes administration offices, library and information centre, visual art room, staff facilities and student lockers.

Renovations include the music room, auditorium lobby, textile and nutrition tutorial rooms, special education facilities, foreign languages, business studies, information technology, science rooms and general classrooms.

A tennis court, multi-purpose play areas and extensive landscape works are planned to be built outside the school.

Improvements will also be made on the entrance driveway and parking lots. To avoid disruption to school operations, construction is being carried out in phases. The project has been designed by OBM Architects.
