Seven Sun Life individual agents have joined BF&M Life Insurance Company Limited.

John Wight, president & chief executive officer of BF&M Limited, said that Keith Dunmore, Wilf Gonsalves, Sherwin Jones, Robert Mello, Joan Simmons, Thomas Simmons and David Tavares will continue to service their Sun Life clients and will remain in the current Sun Life premises in Wessex House on Reid Street.

Bermuda-based Fidelity International Ltd. (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries along with US-based FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries acquired 2.5 million shares totalling 0.78 percent of the total equity share capital of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. on June 23. The shareholding of Fidelity International, its direct and indirect subsidiaries, FMR and its direct and indirect subsidiaries after this acquisition is 24,404,807 shares aggregating 7.63 percent of Satyam's total equity share capital.
