Masters posts big gain
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 26.324 points last week to close at 3,829.40.
The biggest gain last week was Masters Limited gaining $4.50 to close at $16.50 as investors traded in 1,000 shares.
Butterfield Bank rose 40 cents to close at $46 on volume of 15,698 shares and Kentucky Fried Chicken rose 25 cents to close at $6 on volume of 1,500 shares.
BF&M fell $2 to close at $16.50 as investors traded in 604 shares and Argus Insurance fell 25 cents to close at $26.75 as 1,779 shares changed hands.
Bermuda Commercial Bank fell $1 to close at $8 on volume of 1,940 shares and KeyTech Limited fell $1 to close at $12 as 3,000 shares.
Devonshire Industries remained unchanged at $14.25 as 100 shares changed hands, Belco Holdings remained unchanged at $40.40 as investors traded in 2,328 shares and 900 Watlington Waterworks shares changed hands to remain unchanged at $12.50.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX last week was $966,201.55 and the overall volume of shares was 28,939.
