PHC have been the biggest winners in the Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) transfer window after adding some leading local lights to their side for the upcoming season.

Somerset Cup Match stars Dean Stephens and Ricardo Brangman Jr. have both left Devonshire Rec. to headline the influx heading to the Warwick-based club.

They will be joined by opening batsman Dano Outerbridge, who leaves two-time defending champions Young Men's Social Club, talented youngster Kamau Leverock, also from Devonshire Rec. , and Randy Bean from Warwick.

Among the other clubs that made a splash in the market were Southampton Rangers and St. David's. Rangers, four-time defending Belco Cup champions, welcome with open arms the return of their long serving sons Dwayne Leverock and Curtis Jackson, who after a one-year stint at Cleveland County return to Southampton Oval.

Also moving to the Oval are Audley Campbell Jr., who leaves Western Stars, and Jaloni Albuoy from PHC. St. David's will have their top of the order bolstered by gifted national team opener Chris Douglas, who missed Bermuda's World Cup qualifiers through injury, and joins from Warwick.

Adrian Burrows will join Douglas at Lords from Somerset Bridge, while Sammy Robinson and George Cannonier return to the club.

But St. David's haven't had it all their own way though, losing opener Chris Foggo and Kameron Fox to Devonshire Rec.

Foggo has been a mainstay for St. David's for years and would have left a big hole in the line-up had Douglas decided to stay at Warwick.
