Police attended a report of a fire at a Tribe Road No. 2, Warwick residence on Saturday.

On arrival, officers found the lower apartment ablaze with no one inside. Firefighters subsequently arrived on scene and put out the fire and no one was injured.

Police are investigating and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information relating to this incident to contact the Somerset Criminal Investigation Unit on 234-1010.

Police and firefighters were also called to CedarBridge Academy on Tuesday after a derelict boat caught fire on the school's grounds.

On arrival at 1.55 p.m., Police officers noticed thick smoke coming from the back of the property and the Bermuda Fire Service was already on the scene. Firefighters subsequently extinguished the blaze.

No one was injured. Police are investigating.
