Dandy Town Hornets Under-18s beat Dandy Town Roots 8-6 at BFA Field in the annual Randy Swan Memorial Cup last Saturday.

The fundraiser saw Western Stars Sports Club scoop together $600 for the Randy Swan scholarship fund.

Defender Swan was just 24 when he died in a car accident in December 2004.

Swan, whose number 16 jersey has been retired, also represented North Village and took part in Bermuda's 2006 World Cup preparations with the senior national squad.
