A hi-tech burglar stole a laptop computer from a home in Southampton last week.

Police were called to a West Avenue home on Thursday where the complainant stated that between 3.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. that day, an unknown culprit gained entry in the home and stole the HP Pavilion laptop computer and an optical mouse.
