LONDON (Bloomberg) ? Baltimore Technologies Plc, a former software maker trying to avoid liquidation, will keep its existing directors after shareholders rejected an attempt by Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. to oust the board.
Baltimore, which in March announced plans to buy a renewable energy company after winding up its unprofitable technology business, held an extraordinary general meeting yesterday after Acquisitor, its biggest shareholder, demanded a vote in a bid to oust the existing directors and install its own team.
