Bermuda bowed out of the Carifta Swimmiong Championships in Jamaica on Tuesday night but narrowly failed to add to the two bronze medals won by Emma Franklin.

Franklin finished in fourth place in the 100 metres breaskstroke while Morgan Hopkins also finished in fourth place in the 200 metres backstroke.

The other finalists on Tuesday night at the National Stadium pool in Kingston were Rebecca Heyliger and Benedict Parfit who both finished in seventh place in the 50 metres freestyle.

The senior girls 4 x 50 freestyle relay team also finishing in seventh place.
