Kirk Kitson plans to build eight townhouse buildings at "Honey Hill'' on the Richardson Trust property which will include a gazebo, swimming pool, a garbage building and an office.

The Development Applications Board gave building permission on special conditions for sight lines for traffic, water runoff, and protective fencing for land zoned Woodland Reserve.

None of the buildings will be more than three storeys tall. They will be either two or three bedroom rental units.
