announced the appointment of two new directors, Mr. William Bousquette and Miss Jennifer Cartmell.

Mr. Bousquette joined Texaco as senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in January.

He started at the Ford Motor Company in 1957, where he served in various capacities and in 1981 he joined Rockwell International as vice president of financial controls, and in 1984 joined Emerson Electric Company where he served as executive vice president and CFO.

Most recently, he was executive vice president and CFO of the Tandy Corp. Mr.

Bousquette also serves on the board of directors of Cyprus Amax Minerals Company and O'Sullivan Industries.

He earned a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration from the University of Detroit in 1956 and 1960 respectively.

Heddington also announced Miss Cartmell, senior vice president and CFO of Heddington Insurance Ltd., was appointed to the board of directors.

Before joining Heddington in January of 1994, Miss Cartmell was with the Willis Corroon Corp. in New York where she was executive vice president and Chief Operating Officer of the New York retail brokerage office. Miss Cartmell also held positions with Marsh & McLennan and Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

She graduated from Smith College in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in government.
