He has spent the past three years as an account manager for a Bermuda systems supplier.

Mr. Zuill, who has over ten years' experience in the computer industry, specialises in systems consulting, with expertise in Unix-TCP/IP networks and systems integration, as well as relational database and object oriented software development.

Mr. Vasic has a background in software engineering, including requirements definition, software development and project implementation and management with large customers of information systems.
